Full Management Package

Monthly cost of 15% plus VAT of the agreed rent. The monthly fee is due for the whole duration of the tenant's stay at the property, or the term of the contract, whichever is longest.

Rent Collection Package

Monthly cost of 10% plus VAT of the agreed rent. The monthly fee is due for the whole duration of the tenant's stay at the property, or the term of the contract, whichever is longest.

Let Only Package

Four weeks' rent plus VAT plus a fee of £30 plus VAT for the deposit registration. WARNING - the Let Only Package is only suitable for those with experience.

Tenants' Fees

A fee of £150 (including VAT) for each tenant who rents a property to cover the cost of obtaining references and drawing up the tenancy agreement.
